Project Summary
A 400 acre existing Ritz Carlton Club. Extension was planned for an additional 260 various sized villas, golf clubhouse and Great House Reception, and all associated infrastructure. Acting as Commercial Manager preparing tender documents for Water and Sewage infrastructure trade package, Electrical infrastructure trade package and Fire and Life Safety trade package, issuing tender documents, evaluation and recommendation to Client.
