The 7-Story, Goldwynn Condo, is in proximity to Baha Mar Resort. The 180,000 plus square foot development features a grand lobby, cabanas, private beach access and breathtaking ocean views. Additional site amenities include a spa, a restaurant, a gym, and swimming pools.Structural services included design development documents, construction design documents, permit coordination, and construction administration. Construction administration consisted of shop drawing review and on-site construction inspections and observation.
