The Viceroy Resort

The 43-acre, Viceroy Anguilla Resort, is located in the British West Indies. The 850,000 square foot development features a five-star 112-key hotel, 28 condominiums, 6 town homes and 36 single family beach-front and ocean-view villas. Additional site amenities include a spa, restaurants, conference facilities, swimming pools, beach bars and tennis courts. Civil services included preliminary engineering design, design development, construction document preparation and construction administration. Civil engineering design included overall utility location, layout and drainage for the entire development. Construction administration consists of bidding assistance, shop drawing review and on-site construction observation. Commercial responsibility for procurement and managing subcontractors on the 500 million dollar multi use resort project, also commercial management of 900 direct labourers.
