Project Summary
A 230 acre private island situated between Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Consisting of Welcome Centre, six residence buildings comprising 120 rooms, 30 luxury villas, spa treatment centre and new WWTP and RO Plant and complete new infrastructure. Acting as Owners Representative in negotiations with the Project Manager and Financier to assure Commercial viability.
