The 1000-acre, Baha Mar Resort, is located in Nassau, Bahamas. The development features 3,500 hotel rooms over six global brands. Additional site amenities include a spa, restaurants, 5 acres of conference facilities, swimming pools, beach bars and tennis courts, 150,000sqft casino and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and is the largest single phase development in the Caribbean.
Design Management
Design Management services include co-ordination of consultants, contractors and liaising with governmental departments. Commercial responsibilities include the development of procurement strategy.
